Cancellation and Missed Appointments Policy:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and situations may arise that require you to cancel and/or reschedule an appointment. To maintain the efficiency of our clinic and ensure we provide timely care to our patients, we kindly ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Ignite Health reserves the right to charge you full price for a missed appointment or for providing less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Payment of the missed appointment or cancellation fee will be processed on the credit card on file within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals to an appointment may result in a shortened session to accommodate the next patient, and full appointment fees will still apply.
Ignite Health reserves an appointment just for you. Your attention to this policy allows us to fill your appointment with another patient from our wait list.

Any other information that has been collected in the course of receiving health care

With health professionals related to your care and authorized clinic staff
Your rights under HIPA:
Access your health records at any time via a request at the front desk
Request corrections to inaccurate information
Withdraw or limit consent for sharing your information
Ask questions or raise concerns about your privacy
How we keep your information safe:
Electronic records are stored on secure, password-protected systems
Paper records are stored in locked areas
Staff receive regular training in privacy and confidentiality
We limit access to your information to only those who need to access it
