STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACH

Aidan was born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. He primarily played football growing up, but spent time playing soccer, basketball, and volleyball as well.

Aidan holds a degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the College of Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. He is currently working to attain his CSEP-CEP certification. He developed an appreciation for strength and conditioning early on while in high school, taking

part in the high school football development classes with Ignite and experiencing how it helped his play and development as an athlete.

As a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Ignite, Aidan works with all sorts of clients, from first-time athletes (young and old) in the Ignite Fit crews and academy teams to one-on-one sessions.

Aidan describes his training philosophy as "adapting." He doesn't like to restrict himself to one particular trend or set of beliefs within the fitness and training industry and tries to keep an open mind when it comes to new ideas and trends, always incorporating what works best for the client and the group.

Aidan is a big summertime guy and loves the heat of the sun. His most active time of year centres around summer, going for bike rides, meeting up with friends and old teammates to play spikeball or volleyball or throw the old football around. His family also has a cabin, so most summer weekends he's out there wake surfing, wakeboarding, water skiing, playing golf, and finding other ways to entertain himself.
