The Beginner’s Physique plan is a program designed as an introduction into physique training with minimal equipment. 

  • Program Duration: 3 months 

  • Billing Frequency: One-time upfront payment of $125 +GST

  • Workout Frequency:  3 days pers week

Program Features:

  • Access to Ignite Athletics’ Teambuildr App. Teambuildr is an app that provides you with your workout of the day, exercise instruction videos, and journals to track your progress!

  • Ability to ask Ignite Coaches questions about the program 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (please allow up to 12 hours response time)

  • Perfect for people who are new to training and who need to learn movement fundamentals before moving onto classic free weight training. This plan is also great for people who want to work out from home or with minimal equipment.

 
 

The Intermediate Physique plan is a month-to-month pre-made program designed for women who want physique training and want to train with gym equipment and weights (barbells, dumbbells, machines, etc).

  • Program Duration: 4 Week Plans

  • Billing Frequency*:  $52.50 billed automatically every four weeks

  • Workout Frequency: 3 days per week**

Program Features:

  • Access to Ignite Athletics’ Teambuildr App. Teambuildr is an app that provides you with your workout of the day, exercise instruction videos, and journals to track your progress!

  • Perfect for people who have experience weight training and want to start learning advanced training concepts.

 
 

With this option you will receive completely customized programming – unique to your goals, constraints, and situation. This plan can be worked around any type of weekly schedule and provides the highest level of flexibility.

  • Program Duration: 4 Week Plans

  • Billing Frequency*:  $95 billed automatically every four weeks

  • Workout Frequency: 1-6 days per week

Program Features:

  • Access to Ignite Athletics’ Teambuildr App. Teambuildr is an app that provides you with your workout of the day, exercise instruction videos, and journals to track your progress!

  • Ability to ask Ignite Coaches questions about the program 24 hours per day, 7 days per week (please allow up to 12 hours response time)

  • If you want to train once a week, or six times a week, we can make that happen.

  • If you have limited equipment, we will substitute exercises on the fly to meet your needs.

  • If you have to train around an injury, we will make sure you can still make progress while you heal.

  • If you only have a certain amount of time to squeeze your workouts in, we will make sure you are still getting all of the key ingredients to get you to your goal.

  • The programming is completely 100% customized to you.

The Post-Secondary athlete plan is a month-to-month pre-made program designed for athletes who want a scientifically informed program that will train all athletic qualities. This program is recommended for athletes who want to train with gym equipment and weights.

Program Duration: 4 Week Plans - Monthly based on duration of off-season

Billing Frequency:  Billed automatically every four weeks

Workout Frequency: 3-5 days per week based on demands of off-season
